Reds.

Weins produces many young bottles of wine — young = in the bottle 12-15 months. The winery was started with four brothers. They promised their mom they would always carry a sweet wine on the menu, hence Dulce Maria, dear mom. It’s a muscat. Each year they produce a future which is primarily Malbec. This year it is called Obsura. Their “future” is a pre-sell to people who can “see” potential in that wine.

I enjoyed my tasting at this winery so much — so many reds. I forgot to ask enough questions to learn something unusual. I’ll be back. They have a cellar room to check out. We left with two bottles of wine.
